Good evening y'all!
We've had a fun filled weekend! During the day on Friday, Cory and his friends were in Knob Creek, Kentucky enjoying time with machine guns and watching things go BOOM!, while I worked and then drove to the southside of Indy to go to a dinner with my lovely father and mother-in-law at Rocklane Christian Church (it was Sock Hop themed).
Now here comes some exciting stuff! On Saturday morning I took my mom along to the gym with me, then after that we went to see the movie, "God's Not Dead." It was wonderful! I feel so blessed that I was able to see it.
"God is good all the time. All the time, God is good." AMEN. What a wonderful thing to be reminded in situations that might stress you out and lead your thoughts astray!
Not long after my dear friend Lindsey came by to hang out and well, it turned into my husband taking her outside for her first experience shooting. Cory was talking about reloading and Lindsey mentioned that she had never shot a gun before (I think both Cory and I's mouths dropped!). Obviously, we felt the need to fix that. Here are some pictures proving that, YES, she has now properly learned how to safely use a firearm. :)

Lindsey seemed to have a good time, we'll have to do it again! It's also so wonderful to see green grass finally appearing again!!! It looks like spring is finally here ( I hope I haven't jinxed it!)!

Now, next weekend is the celebration of Easter, God is Good! The plan is to create an Easter Weekend post of our family fun.
